I had a deep tissue massage with lymphatic drainage by Bella when visiting the area. Firstly, Bella is so welcoming and explained exactly what she would be doing. The room is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. Bella is very knowledgeable and talked through the many knots that she discovered and there was a good mixture of working these out alongside a relaxing element. I came with a lot of tightness so I was a bit tender later that day as she explained I would be but followed her advice and 24 hours on I absolutely feel the benefit. Would completely recommend.

I cannot recommend Bangor Studio enough. I haven't seen my ankle bones due to swelling in over 2 years, I was told I needed lymphatic drainage. After 6 sessions I have two lovely ankles, no pain in my lower legs and advice given going forward. Truly can't thank Bella enough for all she has done.

I can’t recommend the post-tummy tuck lymphatic drainage massage enough. I was quite sore and swollen beforehand, but after my sessions I noticed such a big difference. The swelling reduced, the area felt softer, and I felt so much more comfortable in my body during recovery. Bella was absolutely amazing. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and gentle, and clearly has a real understanding of post-surgery care. She explained everything she was doing which made me feel completely at ease, and the massage itself was very relaxing. The whole atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and really helped me switch off and relax during the treatment.

It was definitely intense at times — quite painful in places — but she really worked through a lot of built-up tension and muscle knots that had been bothering me for a while. I was sore for a couple of days afterwards, which shows just how much work was done, but the results were absolutely worth it. The movement in my shoulders has improved massively and the soreness in my lower back has completely gone. Highly recommend Bella if you’re looking for a proper deep tissue treatment that delivers real results.

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Bella. My first visit and won't be my last. Bella was very welcoming and explained full treatment and what to expect afterwards. Bella is clearly very passionate about her treatments and it really shows in her work. I would experience a lot of leg pain and since the treatment my legs have felt great and feel less tight than usual. I have slept fantastic for the past week every night which is unusual for me. Very different deep tissue massage than experienced before but really felt this treatment helped release the knots in my back, shoulders, arms and neck.
